Yes, the base price includes delivery and set-up. Jump Around Rentals is based out of Appleton and delivery to most surrounding cities within 15 miles are included. However, there may be an additional delivery charge to other cities outside of the 15 mile radius.
Yes. If you do not see your city or location included in our current delivery area, please contact the office for a quote on delivery.
No. The standard 6 or 8 hour rental refers to the specific, guaranteed time you receive with the inflatable. We arrive early to set-up and make sure your reserved inflatables are ready for your party or event start time.
Delivery and Set-up time can vary based on the number and location of other rentals for your specific day. Occasionally, we even like to set-up the afternoon or evening before (at no additional cost to you of course), but usually we like to start deliveries as early as 7AM and strive to have deliveries completed by noon. The key is communication and we call, text, or email 1-2 days before your reservation to confirm an approximate delivery time.
No. Jump Around Rentals takes pride in the cleanliness and safety of all our equipment. We clean and sanitize all of the inflatables on-site, as well as securely install and anchor them at time of delivery.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. If the blower is turned off, they inflatables will deflate. It is important to have a dedicated outlet and circuit for each blower needed. Jump Around Rentals does provided up to 50' of extension cord for each blower needed for the inflatables.
Jump Around Rentals has no issue setting up at parks. We are properly insured and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request, as most parks and recreation departments require this. We strongly suggest that a pavilion is reserved for your party, and that you verify the pavilion has electricity available. If not, you have the option to rent a generator from us as well.
Cash, Check or Credit Card. A credit card deposit is required when booking online. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Jump Around Rentals monitors the weather on a daily basis. If rain or bad weather is in the forecast, we wait as long as possible before canceling the reservation. In the event that your reservation is canceled due to weather, we can reschedule and apply your deposit to a new reservation, or you can request a refund. We understand weather is out of your control, and out of our control as well. Generally speaking, Jump Around Rentals will not cancel a reservation for less than a 75% chance of rain. We will usually leave this decision up to you. However, certain weather conditions (specifically forecasted winds greater than 20mph, or thunderstorms, hail, etc.) will cause us to cancel the reservation for safety precautions.
In the event that your reservation needs to be cancelled for unforeseen circumstances other than weather, please contact the office and let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel your reservation sooner than 7 days before your scheduled event, a full refund of the deposit is available to you. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled event, the deposit can be applied to a new reservation within the next calendar year. Please understand that once you make a reservation with us, we no longer offer the inflatable to anyone else for your specific date.

Yes. Reservations require a either a $25 or 10% deposit at time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if you were to cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your reservation the deposit can be used toward a new reservation for up to one calendar year
Each inflatable can vary in size, but the Medium bounce houses are 13'x13, and the Large bounce houses are 15'x15'. The Bounce N' Slide combos are a 13'x13' bounce house with either a 7' or 12' foot additionally long slide. The Waterslides are approximately 30' long and either 16' or 18' tall. The specific dimension, as well as the set-up dimension are listed on the website page for each individual unit. If you have any concern about the size of an inflatable, please contact our office for more information, or to discuss scheduling a site inspection.
Please refer to the requirements for each inflatable as some of the larger inflatables require two blowers. Also, please make sure at least a 4' wide access to the setup area is available. The jumps can weigh several hundred pounds so a clear path to the setup area is appreciated.
Grass is definitely the preferred setup area, but we can also setup on dirt, asphalt, concrete and indoors. We apologize, but the inflatables cannot be set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the material.
Yes. After making your reservation online, you will receive an emailed receipt including a link to a copy of the rental agreement and the rules/instructions. Also, please feel free to contact the office for a copy.
Our clients are not responsible for normal wear and tear that the inflatables experience. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or due to negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want either of us to be in that situation, which is why we have you sign and initial the safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. Also, you can elect to purchase the Damage Waiver for only 10% of the rental cost.
